IntervalTicker is getting ready for its beta. Here's how to join, how to install it, and how to reach us.
Join the beta
The beta isn't open yet. Email us and ask to join, and we'll send you an invite when it opens. Joining is free.
Install it with TestFlight
Beta versions of iPhone apps are installed through TestFlight, Apple's free app for trying apps before they're on the App Store.
- Install TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone.
- When your invite arrives, open it on your iPhone and follow the link to TestFlight.
- Tap Install. IntervalTicker shows up on your Home Screen like any other app.
New beta versions show up in TestFlight as updates.
Send feedback
While you're testing, take a screenshot in IntervalTicker and TestFlight lets you send it to us with a note. You can mark up the screenshot first.
If the app crashes, TestFlight may ask whether you'd like to tell us what happened. You can also email us any time.
Get help
Email support@pipedreamstudios.com. It helps to tell us:
- what you were doing when the problem happened,
- what you expected, and what happened instead,
- your iPhone model and iOS version.
Privacy
IntervalTicker doesn't collect personal data. The privacy policy explains what that means, including what TestFlight shares during the beta.
